How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that easy.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at order@zunera.shop and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Zunera ships worldwide — including the GCC, Middle East, Europe, USA, Canada, and beyond.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
Are there customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at order@zunera.shop with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged. We'll handle the rest within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Zunera covers all return shipping costs — no charges on your end.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.
